Kunsthall Dikemark

Kunsthall Dikemark - Norway's first interdisciplinary hub for art and mental health.
In the spring of 2025, Trafo Kunsthall moved to Dikemark and changed its name to Kunsthall Dikemark. Trafo Kunsthall has created exhibition productions at Dikemark since 2016, and has operated Galleri Dikemark and the cultural arena in the area since 2022 on behalf of Asker Municipality. The investments and resources invested in the work have led the Art Centre in a new direction.
The re-establishment at Dikemark entails a new name and visual identity. The foundation's administration and network continue to form the foundation for the activity at Dikemark. A foundation has been laid for high artistic and interdisciplinary activity in the coming years. This involves a great deal of work in ensuring a professional communication offer for our visitors, for children and young people, and to a greater extent to be able to focus on audience development.
Kunsthall Dikemark aims to be a space for contemporary art where the frameworks of art and art institutions are challenged and developed. The experiences at Dikemark have paved the way for a new profile and identity for the Kunsthalle as an art mediator and exhibition venue.
In the years to come, Kunsthall Dikemark will be a unifying meeting place for art, architecture, site specific installations and place development. We will be an exploratory platform with an emphasis on exhibitions and lectures with a focus on art and mental health.
